Having a Party?
At Nancy’s we have a wealth of experience hosting private functions! And in our humble opinion we’ve gotten pretty good at it! In the past we’ve hosted all sorts: from super swanky wedding receptions to raucous work do’s, right the way through to cute & quaint christenings, and everything in between!
We have two areas to offer, depending on the size of your party.
Firstly we have “The Boudoir” function room upstairs, which is totally private to accommodate you and your guests, this also comes with your own private bar and access to our rooftop terrace. There is usually a minimum number of guests required to book this room which is 60 people. During peak times (Friday/ Saturday nights) we have a £125.00 room hire charge and we also require a minimum pre-spend of £400 to be spent on food to book our upstairs room. There is a £100.00 deposit required to book the function room, as well as the £125.00 room hire fee if applicable.
We also have a lovely “Snug” area downstairs that is perfect for smaller functions of up to 40 people. There isn’t a fee for this area or a minimum pre-spend, all we ask for is the £50 area hire fee to secure this area for your party.
If you make a booking, we’re able to hold the room for up to 14 days to give you time in coming in to pay your required deposit (and £125.00 room fee if applicable). All bookings remain provisional until we receive the deposit and after 14 days we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We can also cater for you and your guests with a variety of buffet options as well as drinks packages which you’ll find details of in the function pack attached. Even if it’s not on the menu, we’re usually able to cater for any requests. From chip butties to pie and peas or delicious pulled pork sandwiches we aim to please! We’re unable to allow outside catering however you’re welcome to provide cakes or sweets for your guests.
